Jun Jiang holds a bachelor's degree in engineering and law from Tsinghua University, a master's degree in engineering from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, an EMBA from China Europe International Business School, and a DBA from the University of Arizona; has been focusing on technology innovation in science and technology and cultural tourism for more than 20 years, and has served as vice president of China's most well-known software company and president of the most well-known cultural tourism planning institute; is a senior consultant to China's National Smart Tourism Public Service Platform, an expert member of the E-Government Professional Committee of the China Information Association, a member of the Smart City Working Committee of the China Society for Surveying and Mapping, and a corporate mentor for master students at Beijing Foreign Studies University; has invested in and owns a number of technology companies in mainland China, Hong Kong, China, and Dubai.

Yves is a highly skilled consultant with a robust background in psychology and education. She holds an M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a B.A. in Psychology and Music from New York University Abu Dhabi, graduating magna cum laude. Yves specializes in working with diverse populations, including children on the autism spectrum, as well as children and adults dealing with ADHD, anxiety, and depression. She leverages a variety of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), and Creative Arts Therapy to tailor her interventions, promoting emotional and cognitive development.
In addition to her clinical expertise, Yves has 9 years of tutoring experience, guiding students in subjects like academic writing, conversational English, and college applications, with a focus on the IB system. Her deep knowledge of both American and European university admissions allows her to offer expert advice. Yves’ personal experience applying to schools in the U.S., U.K., Netherlands, and Germany enables her to provide strategic guidance on personal statements, admissions requirements, and interviews, helping students stand out in competitive applications.
June is an experienced HR leader, executive coach, and ex-HR Director for multinational companies like McCain Foods, Chemtura, Schindler, and Praxair. She has been focused on leadership development, culture transformation, leader as a coach, and engagement. Proven success in driving organizational change, establishing coaching programs, and aligning corporate values. Skilled in strategic HR planning, regional HR alignment, and talent acquisition, creating performance-driven and inclusive workplace cultures.
She is ICF (International Coaching Federation) credentials Professional Certified Coach (PCC) in 2022. Keeping support business leaders to achieve their goals as external consultation since then.
June had National Grade II Psychological Therapist of China in 2005. She has never stopped has developed herself in this area as all her passion is about people. She eventually has her career as a Psycho Dynamic Therapist in 2019, helping people clinically, as well as personal development.
She is also a mother of 2 lovely kids. Children development became another part of her work. She is enthusiasm in supporting parents to learn and understand their children, before anything goes wrong. It’s a long way to go to have a human baby grow up into a young adult.
Yvonne is a distinguished consultant with a robust background in digital transformation and education. A graduate of Emory University's renowned Goizueta Business School, she has held key roles at globally recognized organizations, including KPMG, where she specialized in digital transformation services, advising industry-leading firms on implementing AI technologies, and JP Morgan Asset Management, where she led high-profile project management initiatives.
In addition to her expertise in technology and project management, Yvonne brings over 9 years of experience in tutoring and coaching high school and college students, with a focus on the IB and AP systems, SAT preparation, and college admissions.
Her former role as a writing tutor at Emory University’s Oxford College Writing Center further honed her skills in guiding students through academic writing and resume development. This unique combination of experiences enables Yvonne to excel in identifying top-tier talent, cultivating strategic partnerships with universities and corporations, and crafting impactful marketing strategies for publications and social media.
